Supporting an Ecosystem of Innovative Educators
Supporting Innovative Schools
Beaj Education partners with schools that are eager to innovate but often lack the resources and connections required. We are building a network where we enable schools in different geographies to connect with each other as well as with international organizations and resources. These are some of the ways we provide support.
Showcasing Innovation
Share Best Practices and Innovations from Pakistan and around the world
Workshops for member schools to guide on how to implement new practices
Linking to international organizations and schools
Enhance Digital Presence of schools to enable connections across geographies
Link to international competitions and ‘pen pals’ programs with international schools

Free or subsidized Professional Development Courses for Teachers
Innovative Skill-Building Summer Camps for Students
Supporting Teacher Leaders
Over 5000 teachers, who reach 150,000 students, are part of Beaj Education’s WhatsApp community groups, that are designed to nurture teachers’ emotional and mental health, discuss pedagogy and global best practices, share challenges, ideas and innovative solutions, build confidence and enhance agency.
We run 3-month long camps with a new theme each week. Bite-sized content is shared everyday, which teachers engage with through chat discussions. We run live Question & Answer sessions on Fridays with expert mentors from around the world. In these sessions, teachers ask questions and get advice on their most pressing challenges.
Weekly themes include:
Classroom Management & Positive Discipline
Social Emotional Learning
Dealing with Different Student Behaviours
Managing Students who Lag Behind
Teacher-Student Relationships
Understanding how our brains work
Building 21st Century Skills
