Tehreem Zaman - Chief Operating Officer - is an educationist with a diverse background in education management, nonprofit organizations, and educational leadership. She brings extensive experience from her roles as Cluster Head and Branch Head at Headstart School, where she honed her skills in managing educational programs and teams. Prior to that, she served as VTC Project Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Developments in Literacy (DIL), where she was pivotal in overseeing educational interventions for low-income communities.

A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences with a BSc Honours in Social Sciences, Tehreem is adept at educational assessment, process documentation, and nonprofit management. As COO of Beaj Education, Tehreem will lead a significant portion of daily operations, guiding the team with her strong leadership. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, warm, and safe culture, while also challenging the team to strive for continuous learning and excellence.
